  Davis has been a member of the Company's board of directors since 2001. He is president of First Advisors, Inc., a business consulting and private capital investment firm. Davis has 33 years of experience in capital formation, including debt and equity for real estate ventures and private equity for other businesses.

  Mickey joined the board in December 2006. He is President of Movida Communications. He is the former National Vice President for Sprint Communications Retail Stores and Operations. He previously held sales and management positions with AT&T and Southwestern Bell.

  Sumner, a certified public accountant, is currently an independent business consultant. He is the former CEO of Jensen Family Office, a private equity group with more than $500 million in assets under management. Former assignments include CFO of Rapp Collins Worldwide and CFO of Processors LTD.

  Ernest Bromley joined the Company's board in 2007. He is a founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Bromley Communications, a leading provider of marketing communications services to major U.S. brands who are targeting the Hispanic community.

  Neely has been Chief Financial Officer of Charter Holdings since January 2002. Charter Holdings is a Dallas based diversified real estate investment company involved in the ownership of commercial real estate properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
