  Davis has been a member of the Company's board of directors since 2001. He is president of First Advisors, Inc., a business consulting and private capital investment firm. Davis has 33 years of experience in capital formation, including debt and equity for real estate ventures and private equity for other businesses.

  Mickey joined the board in December 2006. He is President of Pocket Communications. He is the former National Vice President for Sprint Communications Retail Stores and Operations. He previously held sales and management positions with AT&T and Southwestern Bell.

  Neely has been Chief Financial Officer of Charter Holdings since January 2002. Charter Holdings is a Dallas based diversified real estate investment company involved in the ownership of commercial real estate properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
